XR15-W is a complete wheel drive solution for low power applications. Incorporating a high performance external rotor permanent magnet brushless motor, magnetic encoder and high capacity bearing

External rotor configurations are an obvious choice for wheel drive applications with high-performance rare-earth magnets rotating around the stationary winding. Inverting the motor design increases the operating radius thereby creating higher torque for a comparable inner rotor package size. Windings in the stationary hub also greatly simplify wiring to the wheel drive
