- Proactively Searching Appropriate New Target Customers
- Answering All Incoming Sales Enquiries from Web, Trade Shows, Phone Etc.
- Maintaining Accurate Records and Action Lists in CRM
- Advising Customers & Prospects Regarding Selection of PMW Dynamics Products & Services
- Liaising with our External Sales Team and International Distributor Network
- Supporting Optimal Product Selection; Liaising between Customers and our In-House Engineering Specialists
- Preparing Quotation for Products and Engineering Services
- Progressing Enquiries through Complete Sales Life-Cycle to Customer Purchase Order Placement
- Completing Sales Order Processing
- Achieving both Individual & Group Sales Targets
